Daily Maintenance Of Hydraulic Lifting Transfer Car
2019-07-23Daily maintenance of hydraulic lifting transfer car
Hydraulic lifting transfer car lifts range from one meter to 20 meters. Specialized lifting transfer car can be customized according to user requirements, mainly used for transportation of high-altitude goods such as factory assembly lines, cargo warehouses, parking lots, docks, buildings, and logistics. The hydraulic lifting transfer car system is driven by a hydraulic pump, so it is also called a hydraulic lift truck. Hydraulic lifting platform products suffer from physical wear and invisible wear during use, both of which cause the original value of mechanical equipment to be degraded, and this wear becomes comprehensive wear.

So what are the wear and maintenance methods for hydraulic lifting transfer car?
1. Regularly grind the lubricating oil between the hydraulic lifting pin shafts to minimize the wear between the parts and reduce the noise, which can prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
2. Grease and oil level of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic lifting transfer car platform rises all the way. In this position, the hydraulic bottom surface should be 40 to 50 mm above the bottom of the box. If the hydraulic oil is found to be dark, sticky or has foreign matter such as sand, the hydraulic oil should be replaced in time.
3. Regularly check the rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings of the hydraulic lifting platform, cylinder pin shafts and bearings, boom hinge shafts and bearings for wear.
4. Do not arbitrarily adjust the relief valve. Each component in the hydraulic lifting transfer car system operates under defined pressure.
5. Non-professional staff are not allowed to disassemble and install electrical appliances at will. The hydraulic lifting transfer car has been inspected and debugged before leaving the factory. The technical indicators meet the design requirements, and only need to be connected to the power supply. Hydraulic and electrical systems must not be adjusted. Pay attention to the noise generated when the hydraulic lifting transfer car is raised and lowered. If the noise is too loud, immediately disconnect the power supply and check the cause of the noise.
