Use and maintenance of cable reel transfer cart

Cable reel transfer cart is mainly used for mobile flat electric car and other mobile equipment, using the mobile device's own power to drive the drum by sprocket.

Pay attention when using:

1. Do not allow obstacles and sharp objects where the cable is moving to prevent damage to the cable.

2. When moving the mobile device, if the tension is too high when winding the cable, adjust the permanent magnet and adjust the bolt outward. If the cable is put too fast during cable laying, adjust the lock nut inward to increase the friction force, and the manual reel of the cable rotates at a constant speed.

3. Casting flange and chain are lubricated with grease, refueling or changing once every six months.

4. When the brush wears in the radial direction of the slip ring to a small length of 15mm, the brush needs to be replaced.
