1. Existing problems.
Electric flat car all adopt tow cable type power supply method.Electric flat car task when dragging cable in three lessons to walk, because the load of 200 t > transport vehicle frequently over cable and operation is not standard, cause cable is often pressure, tensile, nearly 200 m monthly need to change cable, mi rolls, and if the cable is broken, internal maintenance personnel are difficult to locate fault point.For this reason, we have innovated the power supply method of electric flat car, considering that switching to the sliding contact power supply method can keep the original electric motor and body electric control box, and the innovation cost is low.

2. Innovation plan and implementation.
2.1. Innovation.
The power supply control box step-down transformer will change 380V to 36V, and supply the electric flat car with 3 conductive rail. The 36V will be introduced into the flat-car booster transformer by connecting the electrically conductive block of the trolley, and it will reach 380V for the flat-car motor.
2.2. Car body renovation.
Remove the original cable and coil device of the car body, add the booster transformer and 3 sets (6) to connect the electric sliding contact.Equipped with conductive rail, power supply control box and step-down transformer.The transformer adopts capacity 10kV·A, 36V/400V three-phase transformer.
2.3. Install and connect electric sliding contacts.
Guide sleeve is fixed in the body, the conductive column free ups and downs in the guide sleeve, so even if the conductor rail is concave and convex refuses to accept, also can guide electric power supply, each phase after installation before 1 two electric sliding contact.Will guide sleeve welding should pay attention to when frame installation position and status among three conductor rail, error < 10 mm, use bakelite as a piece of insulation board between the column and the electric conduction block is made of copper, square, rectangle ridge, apex of forward, so that when sliding track and eliminate foreign matter, flat car running more smooth.

2.4. The laying of conductive rail.
The option is: to convert the original rail into a transport and conductive track, and to add 1 conductive rail to the rail center.The three sections of steel are laid between the rails as the conducting rail.

2.5. Quality appeal.

(2) in order to prevent eddy current, the cable from the transformer to the conductive rail is not less than the metal pipe, which should be separated, and the single root shall wear the hard plastic pipe.
(3) the horizontal plane of the conductive rail is slightly higher than that in the air for 5 ~ 10mm, preventing the conducting block from colliding into the air and forming a grounding.
(4) the conductive column must be able to get up and down in the guide sleeve, clean the conductive block and the surface of the conductive track on a regular basis, and have excellent contact with each other.
(5) the construction of appropriate choice in the dull sky above 5 ℃ and ventilation.In difference in temperature is bigger, wet or humid conditions of construction, operation inconvenient, construction of asphalt strength value is lower than the normal temperature, density is poor, prone to crack, insulation resistance and lower than the drab situation construction insulation resistance value, directly affect the conductor rail insulation function.
After switching to the sliding contact power supply method, the electric flat car has eliminated the scene of constant pressure and pull of the flat-car cable, reducing the amount of maintenance tasks, reducing the cost of consumption and improving the efficiency of the task.
