The diesel engine power supply transfer car and the circular track flat car are mainly composed of a drive system, a frame assembly, a power supply device (diesel engine), an electric control system, an sound and light alarm system and the like. The transfer cart power supply is provided by AC or DC power. The operator can remotely control by hand-held button (or remote control). The work of the flat car is completed by the flat car drive system (including motor, reducer, drive wheel) and other auxiliary devices.
1.Track: The tolerance of the parallelism, flatness and straightness of the track is not more than ±3 mm. The track is installed firmly, safely and reliably.
2.Frame: The frame is designed to be 150% of the rated load, so that the impact load during the anti-loading is not deformed, and the load stiffness can be ensured. The electric control mode of the railcar adopts the line-controlled handle with the car control + remote control control mode. The remote control is not less than the HBC brand, and the control distance is within 100 meters.
3.Vehicle control box: Electrical components are selected from Siemens with the same reliability or equivalent brand products. The control system is equipped with protection devices such as leakage protection switch, overload protection and emergency power-off control, and the product is safe and reliable.
