The slag of electric flat transfer vehicle is the slag residue in the weld metal of electric flat transfer carriage,in the process of welding metallurgy, some of the non-metallic inclusions in the molten pool can not be found in the process of crystallization.
The cored wire and submerged arc welding are easy to produce slag. The production of slag is related to the welding method, welding material (welding wire, flux) and the component purity of the welded material.The slag is mainly divided into root slag, welding layer and grain boundary slag, and joint slag.
1,Harm: Not only reduces mechanical property, but also increases the tendency of producing hot crack, inducing lamellar tear of thick plate.
2,Causing reason: Welding current is too small, liquid metal and slag can not be split.The welding speed is too fast and the slag is too late to float.The multi-layer welding is not clean for the edge and weld of the workpiece.
3,Prevent measures: Welding materials should be correctly selected (wire purity, flux),control the content of the sulfur phosphorus of the parent material,we should select the welding parameters in process properly,and do not make the molten pool too short.When multi-layer welding, please remove the foreway welding slag and correctly transport it to facilitate the emergence of slag.
