Introduction: The steel rail wheels with axle are made from high strength steel, and they are always used for overhead crane, gantry crane, jib crane, rail transfer car, motorized flat cart, heavy duty handling equipment etc. According to the difference of the appearance of the wheels, they can be divided into single flanged wheel, double flanged wheel, hollow wheel and solid wheel. According to the different process technology, they can classify into caster wheel, PU wheel, LD wheel, and angle box wheel.
Wheel Details:
1. Material: cast steel or cast iron
2. Constitute: two wheels, one axle, four bearings, and other parts.
3. Loading capacity: 1-300 tons, customized is available.
4. Type: Single flange wheel, double flange wheel, hollow wheel and solid wheel
5. The diameter of the wheels: 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 900mm, etc.
Packing: The wheel is firstly packed with plastic cloth, and then the wheel will be put in the plywood case. To avoid the wheels rusted, the wheel will be painted a layer of oil.
