The reasons caused the fault have the following aspects: charger and battery poles are connected oppositely, when meeting the case, you need to cut off the power and connect again. The input power and voltage is lower, or bad connection will cause the charger not work, please check power connection,and whether plug active.

Charger working overheat will cause the charger not to work. At this time, you need to check charger ventilation condition. If the charger suddenly power off automatically, and the fault light always keep light. It maybe single cell leak seriously. You need to check the battery and charger.
