A. Before using, to check the nameplate data whether conform to the requirements of the form A complete set, and check whether all electrical components of industrial vehicle and the technical status of joint is in good condition.

B. The conductive parts of installed base plate were examined with a megger insulation resistance, if it is less than 0.5 ohms, and find out the weak insulation used electrical components.

C. The control box on the industrial vehicle and motor idling test before installation should be connected to 380 v power supply.To use clip-on ammeter measured when idling motor bus current is small, the main phase current is lower than the rating, pay the phase current is slightly higher than the rated value, there is no special noise and vibration motor, positive and reverse and stop button operation, we can think that technology status of industrial vehicle is normal.
