The material moving cart is a new product developed and listed in recent years. Compared with the track electric flat car, it has the characteristics of flexible operation and wide range of adaptation. It mainly consists of the following parts:
Front and rear axles: The front and rear axles of electric flat cars are the main load-bearing components, which require good strength and rigidity. The front axle frame, steering wheel and steering cylinder form the front axle system, which is connected to the flat car frame through the transition chain. The rear axle assembly mainly includes directional wheels, differentials, half shafts, brake systems, etc.; the hydraulically driven rear axle mainly includes hydraulic motors, wheel reducers, load-bearing wheels, and load-bearing wheel frames.
Power supply part: Most of the power sources of trackless material moving carts use batteries as the power source, and a few parts use diesel engine power; batteries generally use maintenance-free batteries, and well-known brands are preferred.
Control part: The control of material moving cart is the core part of the equipment.
Electric flat car drive part: the trackless electric flat car has two forms of reducer drive and hydraulic drive, generally less than 50 tons is driven by a mechanical reducer, and more than 50 tons is driven by a hydraulic motor reducer; the mechanical reducer is driven by a rear drive. The reducer is directly connected to the rear axle of the flat car, and the turn is completed through the differential mechanism. The hydraulic motor is driven by a dual-drive structure. The motor reducer is directly connected to the rim and driven separately. The turning speed is adjusted by the hydraulic system to complete the turning action.
