The transmission transmission devices of our common flat transfer carts include rollers,electric pulleys,etc.It is common for the electric pulley to slip out of control due to various reasons.Now we analyze some problems of the out of control of the flat transfer carts pulley.
The speed of the electric pulley is out of control
1:The speed of the electric pulley is too fast or too slow.The main reason for this is that the roller motor inside the flat transfer carts is faulty. The too fast may be caused by the burnout of the step-down circuit.If it is too slow,it is caused by the failure of the partial damping resistor.The circuit control system of the roller motor of the flat transfer carts.
2:The flat transfer carts belt pulley does not turn when turning.This is generally caused by the unstable inlet voltage of the electric transfer cart.Check if the voltage input system is faulty.
Second,the electric pulley slips;
1:The pulley of the electric transfer cart is degraded due to the long-term use of the friction coefficient of the pulley,and the belt is too smooth and slippery.In this case,the belt must be replaced.
2:During the installation process of the electric transfer cart belt pulley,there is no positioning fixing device,or the positioning fixing device is faulty,which causes the belt to loose during operation,and the positioning and fixing parts can be inspected.
