Operator duties

The electric rail car must be ringing to start smoothly, and be aware of any abnormalities around it, ready to stop at any time. Do not touch the end stop of the track. During the operation, the speed should be slow. It is forbidden to change the direction of travel quickly or reverse braking. During the travel of the electric flat car, inspection and cleaning work is prohibited. When loading objects, it is not allowed to be overloaded, and the stacking of objects should be evenly distributed to avoid concentrated loads. After the overhaul, the electric rail car must pass the acceptance of the use unit and meet the safety requirements before it can be used. In case of sudden power failure during work, the control switch should be returned to zero. After the work is completed, the power must be turned off, the load removed, and the equipment cleaned.

During the use, the electric flat speed reducer should be fully lubricated, and it should be checked frequently for lack of oil and oil change. For the first time, always use the gear oil of the reducer. During the initial charging process, it is forbidden to use a large current for rapid charging.
