Tips for maintenance of mold transfer cart battery

The mold transfer cart is powered by a battery. The surface, connecting wires and bolts of the battery should be kept clean and dry. If there is acid, wipe it off with cotton yarn dipped in alkali solution, then rinse with clean water and wipe dry. During the cleaning process, be careful not to let the alkaline solution enter the battery.
The connection of the battery must be in good contact to avoid sparks, burning of the pole or explosion of the battery. Avoid overcharging, overdischarging and undercharging for the battery of the mould truck, otherwise the battery life will be shortened. Be careful not to drop any harmful substances into the battery.
When measuring the electrolyte density, temperature and liquid level, the instruments and utensils used should be kept clean to avoid bringing impurities into the battery.
If there is a problem with the battery in use, the cause should be found out in time and repaired immediately. If it cannot be repaired, the battery should be replaced with a new one.
