The painting standard of rail Transfer Trolley

1.The surface derusting grade of steel plate, profiles, casting, forging need to reach the standard ST2 in GB/T8923. ST2 grade mean there may are spot,but the impurity and rust of transport carriage need to be removed.

2.For thin plate and tubing stock less 5mm, the surface derusting should reach Be grade in GB/8923.

3.Every layer painting thickness of transport carriage is 25-35um, the total thickness is 75-140um.

4.The adhesive force of paint film should accord with the 2 grade inspection regulation of GT/B9286.

5.All exposed machining face need to handled by derusting before the Transfer Trolley leave the factory.

For special occasion, such ship application, they may have high requirement for derusting and painting. They generally demand epoxy painting，every layer painting thickness also have different demand. For example, our client from shipyard, they demand us to use the marine painting.
